Practice Centered on Personal Bankruptcy Assistance

     My practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy assistance in filing for debt relief under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 as amended by the new bankruptcy laws. I am focused on resolving my clients' financial problems by:

• Evaluating clients' assets, debts, creditors, and other financial matters
• Determining whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is appropriate
• Creating bankruptcy petition and review for accuracy
• Filing the bankruptcy petition when my client is ready to file
• Personally attending the one court hearing with the client

     I currently serve as the Kansas State Chairperson for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
